When I first called that I would be dealt with in a professional manner and that the work carried out, if I chose to accept their free quotation would be of a very high quality. The cleaners were really good. I'd use them again, efficient and friendly. Kiwi supervisor, not sure about the staff as didn't speak to them but all very smiley and dressed in company gear. Carpets turned out great, only took about 3 hours to dry. So much black came out from the carpets into the water tank, the supervisor showed me!

I have used Fantastic Cleaners Bromley 2 days ago for cleaning our three bedroom flat in Bromley Common and i can frankly say they are the best cleaners in London i have ever used. They were on time, worked very hard and the flat was shining after their cleaning. They were also very polite and i am happy to use them again in 6 months time. I can recommend them to everybody who needs a proper end of tenancy cleaning job.

I am not usually compelled to write a review on companies I use as I think they should offer a good service anyway! but Fantastic Cleaning Bromley was a different kettle of fish, I had a flood from my upstairs toilet and it soaked right through and the lounge carpetwas sodden, I was not really sure about the whole process but Fantastic Cleaners made it all a walk in the park, they called explained everything, made the appointment to suit me, they didn't force me into an appointment I was not happy with like some other companies! When they turned up they were fast, the carpet was cleaned in about 45 minutes and there was no fussing around, after a quick assessment and a small pre-test the rep got the equipment out and set it up, and before I knew it the job was done!! Fantastic, cleanest I think my carpet has ever been!!! I will continue to use this company and I urge others to follow suit!!!!
